Flying Unicorn KOM - Ponder

The soft, pretty palette of this month's Flying Unicorn Your Passion, Your Art kit is perfect for scrapping your girly photos, so I dug deep through the stack of boy photos and came up with a photo of me taken when Evan and I went to New York last summer.

The photo was taken on The Highline, a super cool park in NYC built atop an old raised railway line. To fit with the semi-industrial feel of the park, I coupled strips laid down in a grid pattern and edged them in bold black.

The Flying Unicorn Metal Adornments were the perfect accompaniment for the industrial feel.

Some masking with the Hero Arts mask from the kit and some Shimmerz Dazzlerz for some extra dimension.

And pieces of the Magnolia jewelled sprigs and some Petaloo flowers for a bit of a feminine touch.

If you missed out on the kit or add-on of your choice, remember, you can preorder the kit each month on the 20th of the previous month, making sure you never miss the kits you really want. All the details can be found here.

Thank you for stopping by today!
